Lead acid cut off voltage is 10.5 volt, for 3 s li ion it is 9 v ,at 10.5v you can't use half of your battery capacity

Is there any issue with the way the UPS charges the battery, since we're going from a lead-acid battery to a lithium-ion battery? Or does the BMS board handle all this?

So anyone gonna talk about those batteries exploding after a few charge and discharge cycles, without a balance board and leads between the 18650s they will charge at different rates and cause a fire. (Extremely unsafe). Don't do this it will explode

Terrible design, I have a TOMO S4 powerbank case, it's pretty easy to remove the 18650 cells from it, so I can carry more than 4 cells and I can swap them if they get discharged, the other advantage of this TOMO S4 powerbank case is that it handles all 4 cells separately which is good for the batteries' health. So yeah, if you design your own powerbank, then you shouldn't design it in the same fucked up way how most of the powerbanks are designed.

I built it & it works ,BUT , as he mentions it's not a bench powersupply ,it's a charger .because it is very noisy . At 3 amps output i get about 2.5 volts of ripple .

DON'T connect these 18650s in parallel without protection when a cell goes low resistance the parallel cells will send it into overload and fire with unlimited current because your 70A car fuse will not even blow.

Yo me hice tambien una powerbanck de 12 pilas (18650) aunque en la mia se queda a 12v a 3A no saca mas... -> a 5,25v pierde un 20% de eficiencia, osea saca 80% de lo que entro al cargarla 32Ah. -> a 9v a 4A ya se desmadra y pierde casi 40% de su eficiencia de subir la tension nominal de las celdas a la carga rapida... en calor... la pcb lleva mas compoentes que la que muestras (no entiendo de electronica solo cacharreo y pruebo cosas
